Sales and Customer Relationship Co-ordinator

The Business Energy Efficiency (BEE) programme provides free support to eligible organisations in Suffolk and Norfolk to help them become more energy efficient.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Sales and Customer Relationship Co-ordinator to join our friendly team. On a daily basis you will be contacting businesses via telephone to encourage them to take up the free, independent and impartial service we have on offer, ensuring records of the conversations are kept updated. You will be monitored on weekly KPIs, with 90% of this position being made up of outbound telephony work and the remaining is general admin.

You will be a motivated individual to provide dedicated support to the team. You will need to have a background in telesales or experience in a call centre environment. Good administration and communication skills are essential, and have the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with people on the telephone. You will have an excellent telephone manner in all circumstances with the ability to work independently.

This role is a part-time position (20 hours per week) on a temporary basis for 6 weeks. Working hours are flexible and negotiable dependent on the individual’s needs.
