We are recruiting a number of highly enthusiastic and personable Green Champions to join our team and support our Business Energy Efficiency Anglia project which is part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The work will involve small teams flyering and door-knocking on businesses, in pre-promoted areas, to provide them with details of our free independent and impartial project, with the aim to encourage businesses to join the project. The environment will vary but will include working in public areas such as high streets and industrial estates.
The successful applicants will be self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and able to act as team members. You will have an understanding and interest in environmental issues as well as current Groundwork projects. You will also have effective communication and social skills, a willingness to travel and enthusiasm and confidence at working with a wide range of people.
